Scholars 5th-8th Grade

Scholars learning to play an instrument allows for a daily, “hands on” experience not often found in the other classrooms in the school.

Quaver Music Program
The Quaver Music Program combines general musicianship activities with those that develop performance skills in music. Skills taught in the course focus on performance, listening, pitch matching, singing, rhythm, movement, and music appreciation. The Quaver Music Program is taught to grades K-4. The 4th Grade Scholars begin the process of Learning the Musical Instrument called the recorder.
